A design and build new office Cat B fit-out that included all new power distribution, a large canteen facility with commercial kitchen equipment with dedicated mains distribution, large comms room and various meeting room facilities. In many of the newly formed offices LED lighting was installed to create an impressive working environment within 18,000 Sq ft of office space.
